• We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

• Returns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Once approved, we will arrange for product pickup or provide return instructions.

2. Conditions for Returns

A product is eligible for return only if:

• It is unused and in its original packaging with all accessories (if applicable).
• The damage or defect is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• It matches the order details (wrong item received).

Non-Returnable Items:

• Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
• Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery.
• Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds are not available as we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis only.
• If a return is approved, we will offer a replacement for the same product or a product of equal value.
• If a replacement is unavailable, store credit may be provided for future purchases.
